Tele Pizza in Siegburg

By God I was so looking forward to my party pizza. It arrives, the dough was 1mm thin. Few splashes of sauce and there was more oregano than cheese on it. 13 € spent practically on bread, I mourn the money afterwards. Never again

First and last time. The pizzas were ordered with garlic sauce. Sometimes there was more garlic than the topping on it. The ordered tiramisu were still frozen - a cheek! All in all, you could dump the food in the bin.

I give one star for the delivery time and the very friendly supplier. The food was anything but delicious. The pizza 26cm for 10.50 € was topped with 6 shrimps, the burger had a cheap patty and the bun was only limp. The pizza rolls consisted of 95% rolled dough. For just under € 21 I would have expected something different! 1 time and never again!

We ordered. The food was unfortunately very bad. In the Caesar Salad there was no bread croutons, no parmesan and the appropriate dressing was missing. Instead, lots of iceberg lettuce and plenty of corn. So actually it wasn't a Caesar Salad at all, just cheap bulk material. The gyros pita was just as bad. It was a folded rag, it didn't matter. Filling equal to zero, 3 or 4 pieces of meat strips from the pan maybe, so no rotisserie either. Best of all, the ciabatta with burger petti was also a disaster. Too small, soft and mushy and the frozen petti is totally salty. We complained by phone. There was a friendly response and a € 10 voucher for the next order was offered. Here we should have had the money refunded. 30, - € thrown out the window. We will certainly never order here again and we advise everyone against it! This place is even worse than La Pizzato, although I never thought it was even possible.

We were very happy when we saw that TelePizza was offering vegan pizza & Co. We have already ordered there several times, but there was some error or something similar with every order. For my basic salad, I paid € 2.60 extra for olives because I love olives. That was okay with the price, but the olives weren't included in the salad ... In addition, the salad was slapped and the box was half empty ... You could see how the kitchen made zero effort ... Mine Sister had the vegan burger, which was way too dry, maybe there was a dollop of sauce on it. And with the pizza you play Russian roulette, depending on who works in the kitchen ... Sometimes the pizza is delicious, sometimes it's really bad .. And because we don't live far away, it takes a long time to order times arrived. And yesterday we were given the rest. We were really hungry and wanted to give the burger another chance. My friend saw the sign outside "Delivery or collection only" and then went in, wanted to order on site, then the chef came and yelled at him, I quote: "What are you doing here, can't you read? Get out with you, Bye have a nice day." Personally, I would have said my opinion first. My boyfriend then went out and then a woman came and apologized for the boss's behavior and since my boyfriend is not a bad person and, unfortunately, was too hungry, he was then but something else ordered and taken away. But that was definitely the last time at Telepizza. If someone calls you stupid for not reading the sign .. No go! My friend read the sign and assumed that he could also order on site ... Which is apparently not allowed ... Well Overall, the food is not that bombastic, you don't have to have eaten and for me the friendliness of the staff is the alpha and omega, which unfortunately only happened to one employee. In the kitchen yesterday there was only yelling and acting strangely .. You don't run a business like that. And I don't need a message to make amends either, yesterday's action broke the barrel. Misunderstandings when ordering ... Can happen But the messenger came back 10 minutes later and brought me the money I had paid too much! Top service and delicious ... Definitely the best and fastest delivery service in Siegburg

I'm really disappointed, I ordered a burger, it was filled with a rotten lettuce leaf and a tomato slice, otherwise the "crispy chicken burger" had a mushy meatball and tartar sauce. Really under all sau for the price. Either you should lower the price significantly or work hard on the quality.

Public scam! Pasta, a 5 cm high bowl, half full. The pizza is small and thinly rolled, no trace of sauce because it has dried in the batter, and no trace of cheese. I advise everyone not to throw his money out like that, and it was fraudulent!

No other delivery service was open, so they had to order from Tele-Pizza. At first they didn't find the place for 10 minutes. In addition, the cold food when it arrived was much less than you would get at any other store for the same price. It was just average, which is a cheek for this price. Unfortunately, in many ways not really recommended. The first horror was the size of this salad for € 8. You can summarize it in a good handful of salad. What was inside? Corn, leaf salt, cucumber, mozzarella and tomato. Not to forget a few pieces of meat ... Honestly ?! I don't expect a huge trough of feed - but that was a little joke. Even the people sitting around said only "Oh, but the portions have become small". The sauce was ok. Good taste. Have eaten / ordered far better salads. Also from the delivery service. Only delivery and supplier were really nice and good. Nevertheless, no reason to order again here - too bad.

I am very satisfied, tastes good, the service is good and very friendly in Siegburg. The delivery time is always plus / minus 10 minutes. I can recommend it. 👍😊
